Spring is in swing! The oaks are leafing out. The grass is growing. The vines are producing their first shoots, just a few inches long now, so little bright green lines are showing on the vineyard rows when viewed from afar. We can see some small embryonic flower structures, and we’ll soon start taking off the bud growth we don’t want, which is called “suckering.”

This spring we’re releasing our 2018 Pinot Noir, celebrating the beautiful 2018 growing season and featuring a brand-new artwork for the label! This vibrant wine starts with a burst of cherry and plum, then transitions to baking spices, and still shows bright acidity. We think you’ll love it!
